


Here at Denniker Farm in East Sussex our aim is to provide top quality, individually sourced meat and other products from, wherever possible, local suppliers including our own farm. On the farm we aim to produce as much free range pork and lamb as we can for the shop.
The butchery is under the expert control of Graham Smith, formally of High Street Fletching, who continues to prepare top quality meat, including the famous "Fletching Banger" sausage. We are
proud to supply to both the public and also award establishments such as the Griffin Inn Fletching, The Hurstwood in High Hurstwood and the newly opened Lamb at Piltdown.
